Trebbiano di Soave



History


Also known as Trebbiano di Lugana, Verona, Turbiana, Terbiana, white grape grown in the area of Verona and Brescia, often vinified together with Garganega . It is part of the family of Trebbiano, this variety is grown over 2,000 ha, concentrated mainly in Veneto. Mature slightly later than Trebbiano Toscano (mid October).

Viticulture and winemaking


It has medium leaf, pentagonal, three-lobed, medium cluster, elongated pyramid, with a wing, rather compact, medium berry, spherical, and dotted with greenish skin, thick and consistent. His best contribution gives it as an input for the Recioto Garganega Soave.
