Red grape variety derived from crossing between Cabernet Franc and Barbera made by winemaker Bergamo Riccardo Terzi. Grown mainly in the provinces of Bergamo and Brescia, where he is included among the recommended varieties, and is licensed in the province of Sondrio. Its high productivity and provides an intense color to the wine, although it is usually vinified in union with other varieties.

Viticulture and winemaking
Environmental and cultural characteristics and needs :
It has medium leaf, pentagonal, five-lobed, medium cluster, pyramid, sometimes provided with one or two wings, medium compact; berry medium, round-ovoid, with skin rich in abundant bloom, medium textured, blue-black. The pulp juice was colorless and neutral flavor. It has good production and steady, no special soil needs, is well suited to traditional farming systems as the arbor pruning rich enough.
Diseases and adversity :
