Sirica

History

Sirica is an old campanian blue grape. A few vines are found in the area of Taurasi. Feudi di San Gregorio makes an IGT-varietal simply made Sirica from this. The grape is said to resemble the character of syrah. The grape is interesting also because of it's high content of reservatrol.
